Lucy has experience working with people through the lifespan, from young children up to older adults. She has a particular interest in supporting young people with managing trauma, anxiety, or neurodiversity. Lucy is also passionate about parental wellbeing, and seeks to support parents with the challenges of raising children. Lucy likes to use a range of psychological models to inform her work, particularly drawing from attachment and trauma-informed practice. She aims to work collaboratively with her clients, being guided by the client’s individual goals and needs.
